Abstract In the High Court of Zimbabwe, held at Harare, Case no. HC3616/2002, in the matter between: Morgan Tsvangirai (applicant), and Robert Gabriel Mugabe (first respondent), Registrar-General of Elections (second respondent), The Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs (third respondent), The Electoral Supervisory Commission (fourth respondent): The petitioner’s Heads of Argument, in which Morgan Tsvangirai, the leader of the Movement for Democratic Change (MDC), is asking the High Court to set aside the result of the Zimbabwean presidential election of 9 to 11 March 2002.
